Refund Policy:
We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where an exchange is necessary. Therefore, we do accept exchanges.
Customers have the right to open the package in the presence of the courier to check the product. If they choose to refuse acceptance, they can do so at that time.
Exchange Policy:
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- Exchange requests must be requested within 72 hours of receiving the product.
- The bag must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
- An exchange shipping fee will be applied to cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item.
Please note that any exchanges are subject to inspection upon return to ensure they meet the above criteria. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not comply with our policy.
